Partnership renewed after 'extremely positive' impact on IBD market

Zyro extends investment in Myagi’s retailer training for IBDs

After a successful launch in 2015, Zyro has extended its partnership with the Myagi training platform for another year, after it had "an extremely postive" impact on the IBD market.

The industry development and learning platform provides Zyro’s retailers with a simple and highly effective way to educate their staff on the brands and products represented by Zyro. Working together, Zyro and Myagi will continue to launch innovative and relevant content that helps retailers convert footfall into sales.

Jonathan Sherwood, Zyro Head of Marketing, said: “We understand how critical staff training is to our retailers, but appreciate how it is often very difficult for IBD’s to find the time and resources to make it happen. With Myagi we have been able to deliver fantastic training content to our retailers through quick and simple training modules. Giving retailers the flexibility to do this training when it suits them and their staff has been hugely beneficial, and has allowed them to fit it in around their daily business. We are already hearing how shop staff are much more competent and confident in helping customers choose the right products for their needs, which ultimately helps our retailers sell more products. For 2016 we will continue to create brand and product content as well as modules on essential sales techniques, giving our retailers the support and skills they need to be successful in today’s market.”

Richard Smith, Myagi Business Development, added: “We know that delivering great training to sales associates results in higher engagement, knowledge, confidence and ultimately, better sales. The IBD market is particularly important to Myagi because we really support independent retailers, making sure they have the resources to represent brands to the highest standard and provide the best customer service.”

All of Zyro’s retailers are already loaded into the Myagi platform, so getting started with training your staff is only a few clicks away. Retailers can activate their accounts at www.myagi.com by selecting ‘sign up’ and then choosing their shop name from the drop down menu.
