Two Wheel Trading forms new division

The Retail Brands Division will concentrate on a portfolio of six or seven key IBD-only brands

By marketing a smaller number of key brands we believe we can give each individual range a more focused approach. In our view the cycle trade does not need another one stop shop but certainly has room for ambitious brand promoters, with solid ideas, principles and objectives, says Simon Ford of Two Wheel Trading.

The Retail Brands Division already has three key agencies: Tioga tyres, Grimeca disc brakes and Hardnox body armour. Other brands are set to be added soon.

Two Wheel Trading is planning to exhibit at both the Cycle and Leisure Show in Birmingham in March, and at the BAs International Cycle Exhibition pencilled in for June in Harrogate. However, IBDs will be able to see the new division in action before that at one of the Tandem Group roadshows coming up soon.
