Cotswold Cycles to open a Trek Bicycle Store - the UK's second - in a department store on a Coventry business park.

Trek goes store-in-store in Coventry

Andrew Hutchings of Cotswold Cycles is to open Trek Bicycle Coventry on September 22nd. The store will be a retail concession of 3,230 square feet located within the new Leekes home department store on the Gallagher Business Park. This retail centre is situated near junction 3 of the M6, next to the Ricoh Arena.

Trek Bicycle Coventry is the second retail venture for Hutchings.

"I am excited to be partnering with Trek to develop this new store, and to reach a large group of potential cyclists. We are committed to providing a very high level of service to make the whole experience of bike buying and ownership a pleasurable one," said Hutchings.

Nigel Roberts, General Manager of Trek UK, is confident of the store’s success:

"Andrew is an ideal partner for our second UK Trek Store. He’s had very positive results from Cotswold Cycles, and his choice of the new Leekes store concession will draw in customers who are perhaps unfamiliar with bike shops."

The new Leekes Coventry store will include other concessions, including Cotswold Outdoor and O’Neil.
