This week has seen a number of videos go viral with perhaps the most popular, the world’s first triple backflip on a bike, appearing on numerous news channels and websites, including the BBC and Sky Sports news just this morning.
The rider, Jed Mildon of New Zealand, first practiced into foam before going on to pull the triple rotation in competition. The competition video alone has racked up near 6 million views in under a week on YouTube alone.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Having just learned to ride a bike, this kid tells his fellow budding cyclists "if you believe in yourself, you will know how to ride a bike."
This may be the first and last time you see footage of this calibre, much thanks to the UCI’s dissaproving outlook on helmet cameras, but this short clip shows a sprint finsih at the recent Amgen Tour of California.
Transport for London has issued this clip encouraging people to get together to take part in the London Cycle Challenge. Last year more than one million miles were said to have been cycled as part of the challenge.
