Product managers attending Taichung Bike Week will be able to take in Taiwan Cycling Festival, November 9-17th

Taichung Bike Week moves to mesh with Taiwanese festival

Taichung Bike Week will be slightly earlier this year in order to mesh with Formosa 900, one of a series of events in the 2013 Taiwan Cycling Festival which will take place from November 9th to 17th.

"This is a unique opportunity for the product managers visiting Taichung Bike Week to experience Taiwan’s rich native culture, local cuisines, snacks and more importantly to enjoy the dazzling scenery of this beautiful land and its friendly people," said co-organiser Steve Fenton.

"Having had positive feedback from so many product managers over the last three years on how fantastic the bicycle rides are during TBW, this event will allow one on one time with many of the industry’s leading figures, which can only further help to build even stronger relationships between Taiwan’s bicycle industry and its customers from all over the world."

Formosa 900 is coordinated by the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan MOTC, Department of Industrial Technology MOEA, Taiwan Bicycle Exporters’ Association (TBEA) and Cycling & Health Industry R&D Centre. In the 2013 event, 250 riders cycled 900kms around Taiwan.

The event is also supported by Giant’s Cycling Life Style Foundation and organised by Giant Adventure.
