Spin Shed adds a host of new brands to the collection

Following the company’s launch late last year, online cycling store Spin Shed has added four new brands to its line-up.

The website, which promises to showcase the best independent and unique brands from around the world, will now stock Sigr Nordic, Svelte, Jehu, and Band of Climbers.

The new brands bring the total on offer via Spin Shed to sixteen, expanding the range by a third and with several more scheduled for release over the coming months. Spin Shed has an extensive range of male, female and unisex styles, and due to its business model, allows brands to showcase their entire range, rather than a select few items.

Spin Shed co-founder Katie Barwood said: “We’re really excited to welcome these new brands to Spin Shed, and we hope it will offer our customers even more choice, in terms of style, quality and price. When we launched, our aim was to bring exciting and stylish names to a wider audience. These new brands bring a new dimension to the site and help our customers find their perfect fit.”

“Since launch, we’ve seen a great reception, with a number of brands contacting us proactively about opportunities to work together, something which is especially pleasing because of the collaborative premise on which we were founded. We’re also committed to keeping our eye out for exciting new lines, that would complement the store. By increasing the brands on sale via Spin Shed by a third, we’re offering even greater customer choice.”

The business has been shortlisted for the ‘Innovation from a Newcomer’ category at the industry-leading Bike Biz Awards, which will be held later this week.
