Artists – such as Jake Wilson Craw – take old tyres and make belts out of them. Vittoria of Italy has cottoned on to the trend and is making a belt featuring the pattern of its Corsa CX tyre.
"Corsa CX is one of Vittoria’s most famous cotton tyre worldwide. Its unmistakeable red stripe pattern can be easily recognized on the best pro riders’ bikes, including on the winner’s bike at the very recent World Champs in Florence 2013," said a statement from Vittoria.
The belt comes in a zip case which doubles as a tool stuff bag. The tyre belt costs thirty Euros.
