Hallman Distribution AB of Uppsala, Sweden, has signed an agreement for selling its Shimano-distributing offshoot Hallman Sports AB to Shimano Europe Holding B.V.

The agreement is binding from today. Shimano Europe is retaining Hallmnan Sport’s personnel.

Hallman Sports AB will continue to be the official Shimano distributor for Sweden, Norway and Finland.

"The agreement will not have any immediate consequences in business or product range," said Anders Lindgren, MD of Hallman Sports AB.
