Saint-Gobain is set to showcase its Norglide performance composite bearings and Norslide cable liners at the Taipei Cycle Show.
The specialist is to demonstrate the capabilities of the various components by fully equipping a Norco Phaser 1 mountain bike so that visitors can get a hands-on insight of the benefits of using the maintenance free parts, which Saint-Gobain says include reduced friction and weight.
According to Saint-Gobain, the Norglide composite bearings are ideal for a wide range of key applications, including front and rear suspension systems and brake pivots. Meanwhile, the Norslide cable liners are designed to reduce stick-slip, enhance performance and reduce the need for maintenance.
The fully engineered cycle can be seen at Booth L1218 on floor 4F at the Taipei Cycle Show.
