As of July 1st 2011 Saddleback will no longer distribute the Zipp and SRAM road brands.
A statement from Saddleback director Andy Wigmore reads: “Due to changes in SRAM’s international distribution model we are unable to support these brands in the way that we would want to and are therefore focusing our efforts in other areas.
Any service or warranty problems will now be handled entirely by their own technical centre whose contact details are as follows:
