British bike brand Sabbath is sponsoring the Tour of Pembrokeshire sportive this year.
The Tour, run by Pembrokeshire Bike Shop, will take place on June 12th 2011. Attracting over 600 participants in 2010, the Tour allows for a 62, 83 or 117-mile ride taking in sea and mountain scenery.
Sabbath’s fleet of demo bikes will be available for riders before and during the Tour of Pembrokeshire, as well as offering event support throughout the weekend.
Sabbath Bicycles MD Greg Roche said: “Supporting events and grassroots teams that bring so many people together cycling is something that we’ve done every year since we set up the business. We weren’t going to give up the opportunity to take on the stunning countryside as well as helping with the general experience of the day.”
Peter Walker of the Pembrokeshire Bike Shop, organiser of the Tour of Pembrokeshire, said: “We want to offer the best experience to all of our riders and our partnership with Sabbath Bicycles is certainly going to help us do that. I’m sure our participants will also love the chance to take one of the Sabbaths for a spin too.”
