Cytech qualified and with seven years in the industry behind him, Leggett is charged with speeding up warranty response

Rick Leggett joins i-Ride technical dept

i-Ride has bolstered its warranty and technical department with the appointment of Rick Leggett.

Having worked as a mechanic within the industry for seven years and earned a Cytech level 2 certificate, Leggett becomes a warranty and technical assistant and will assist the current team at speeding up the turnaround of warranty items, as well as providing technical knowledge to dealers seeking assistance. Leggett will also have a hand in assisting Campagnolo, Fulcrum and Speedplay service centre work, helping the distributor maintain its goal of 24 hour turn around.
