Ribble announced it has introduced 30 day test rides for customers along with a new 6 Year warranty added to its after care package.
A new web platform allows customers to build any Ribble bike to their exact requirements using the online Ribble Bike Builder. All bikes are built to customer’s bespoke requirements at Ribble HQ in Lancashire before being shipped to customers worldwide.
All new customers of Ribble bikes will be eligible for the new 30 day returns policy. Customers wishing to return their bike will have to inform Ribble of the return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product; frame size switches are also accepted.
James Dove, Product and Brand Director at Ribble Cycles, said: “We don’t think there should be any barriers to buying a bike online which is why we have introduced our 30 Day Test Ride policy. We stand by the quality of our product and we know that our customers will love their brand new bikes. However, should you order the wrong size or for any other reason not be completely satisfied, then we provide the option to return it to us or have your custom build swapped onto an alternative frame.”
The 30 Day Test Ride comes in addition to Ribble’s new 6 year warranty, which covers the original owner against manufacturing defects. The 6 year warranty applies to all new Ribble bikes.
