Glyncorrwg Ponds Co-operative is seeking to appoint a business to operate a new mountain bike Visitor Centre, currently under construction near the village of Glyncorrwg, in the Afan Forest Park, just off the M4 at unction 40.

Operator sought for Welsh MTB Visitor Centre

The centre will be completed in June 2004 and will have a first floor café, restaurant area and space for a retail mountain bike outlet on the ground floor.

Set in the heart of Afan Forest Park, the Centre will act as a gateway to two of the newest and most challenging single track mountain bike trails in Wales, ‘White’s Level’ and ‘Skyline’.

The Forest Park is known locally as “Little Switzerland”, which covers an area of 11,000 hectares and is home to a network of paths, bridleways, and some of the best mountain bike trails in the UK.
