Nrg4 Cycling Distribution and Limar have announced a new crash replacement scheme covering the brand’s complete range of helmets.
The new scheme is a first for both companies and is aimed at providing the consumer with the benefit of knowing that in the event of a collision or fall, they can purchase a new helmet at 50 per cent of the current retail price.
All Limar retailers can participate in the scheme; requests for replacements under the scheme will be processed through Nrg4’s customer service team offering a 50 per cent discount on the current retail price of the same model.
Limar currently sponsors the world team Astana who ride using the Ultralight + helmet. At only 175grams, it is the world’s lightest road helmet and will be covered by the scheme.
Consumers can qualify for the LIMAR lifetime crash replacement policy by registering online at www.limar.com. In case of breakage or damage caused by collision or fall whilst riding, customers can send their full details and a photo of the crashed Limar helmet to info@limar.com
Nrg4 Cycling Distribution head of customer service John Baden commented: “This scheme is a first for Nrg4 within the helmet market and will be a huge benefit to retailers when choosing which helmets to carry in store; it also reinforces the consumer first message they can use when choosing which helmet to sell further strengthening their customer relationship whilst providing peace of mind.”
