More sign ups announced for Scottish Bike Show

Twenty companies have signed up to the 2012 Scottish Bike Show (TSBS), twice the number acheived by this time last year.

The consumer show, is staged at the SECC, Glasgow from Friday April 13th to Sunday 15th will see a mix of new and past exhibitors, with Alpine Bikes once again a confirmed sponsor.

Alpine will again be joined on the exhibition floor by Pedal Power, which has just moved into new premises in West Lothian with one of the largest stores in Scotland at over 7,000 sq feet.

Owner and operator of Pedal Power Jonny McBain said: "Our stand has more than doubled in size since the last successful show – we were overwhelmed with the amount of visitors last April and look forward to doing it all again soon."

Upgrade Bikes is among the new names joining the show. This time last year the inaugural show didn’t have half as many names confirmed, so I would like to thank all existing sponsors, exhibitors and partners for their early and continued support. There is a massive consumer appetite for all cycling affiliated events in Scotland and through TSBS we want to provide the best possible platform to showcase cycling in all its forms to the general Scottish public."
