The new website has been designed to provide an improved user-friendly experience for retailers, offering efficient navigation and functionality throughout.
Dealers will have access to more detailed product information, including a wealth of supporting product videos and images. The site has an intuitive new search system which means that when customers are logged in, they can search for products via item, category, brand or SKU.
Live stock availability is a key new feature of the site; it provides consistent and accurate product availability on all items. Other additional features for shop owners include the ability to view and print invoices or credit notes dating back to 2002, plus the capacity to assign staff different permissions for placing orders and viewing invoices.
Account holders will still be able to place rapid orders using product part codes, see bulk quantity discount rates, access offers and find resources in the download centre.
