Magura adds production facility in Taiwan

Magura has taken on a production facility in the bike industry manufacturing heartlands of Taichung.

Enabling the firm to better service its OEM customers needs, Bike Europe tracked down the firm’s product manager Stefan Pahl, who told the site: “Production will start with suspension fork assembling. It will be followed with disc brake assembling during the third quarter of this year.”

Germany remians the exclusive manufacturing source of rim brakes, with a greater percentage of this OEM business done within Europe.

Production at the Taiwanese facility will begin in the second quarter.
