A rise in the popularity of cycle camping in the UK has led distributor Madison to exclusively sign up Easton Mountain Products.
The brand, founded in 1922, stocks quality tents, trekking poles and other technical outdoor gear, and is dedicated to engineering top notch technical outdoor gear for serious users.
Easton Mountain Products says the core of its success is the proprietary manufacturing of high-strength lightweight aluminium and carbon fibre tubing. For almost three decades Easton has supplied carbon fibre and aluminium tent poles for renowned brands in the outdoor market.
"We are already seeing a rise in cycle touring holidays or ‘bikepacking’ and the more adventurous cycle expeditions," explained Madison CEO Dominic Langan. "Easton Mountain Products produces quality tents and outdoor equipment for a discerning customer and are ideal for this market. Madison is delighted to now be bringing them to the UK and Republic of Ireland."
The Kilo Tent, which weighs less that a kilo, packs advanced materials and tech into an ultra-light freestanding shelter, while the Si2 four-season tent features a full EPIC fabric canopy for maximum breathability and protection in a single-wall shelter.
Easton Mountain Products also produce a range of snowshoes – the Artica series – which will add to Madison’s portfolio of Snowsports products.
