Madison opens registration for July iceBike* event

Madison has confirmed its iceBike*show will return this summer at the firm’s Milton Keynes distribution centre, taking place between Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st July.

Madison first launched the show in addition to the long-running February-set iceBike* to combine smaller mid-year events. The firm said it is less easy to expect customers to attend multiple events, so it will again roll all its launches into one big ‘must attend’ event.

Registration is now open for iceBike*. Those signing up now will receive info on special show offers and show updates. Opening hours will be:

Tuesday July 19th: 9.00am – 5.00pm (open to all Madison customers)
Wednesday July 20th: 9.00am – 5.00pm (open to all Madison customers)
Thursday July 21st: 9.00am – 5.00pm (open to all Madison customers)

Product highlights will include new 2012 bikes from Ridgeback, Genesis, Saracen and Adventure. Spring/summer 2012 range previews from Pearl Izumi will feature, as will the new range of apparel and hi-vis products from Madison Clothing.

The 2012 range from Shimano SPD, Giro and Bell Helmets will be revealed, as will Madison’s full winter lighting programme from Electron, Light & Motion and Blackburn. Winter training ranges from Elite and Blackburn will also be showcased, along with lots of other products and ranges yet to be revealed.

On Wednesday July 20th customers will be invited to a post show drinks and BBQ, and the firm will also hold its yearly 13-mile Madison Staff Bike Ride, to which customers and suppliers are welcome to take part in.

Madison customers travelling far to attend or whish to attend the BBQ and Ride-out and not worry about driving afterwards will be able to take advantage of hotel rooms. The rooms are limited in supply and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and at a discounted £50 per night basis. These can be reserved as part of the registration service.
