Lobbying for Cycling Media Awards closes tomorrow

The deadline to cast nominations for those deserving of a Cycling Media Award falls tomorrow, so if you’ve yet to get involved simply drop BikeBiz an email on cma@intentmedia.co.uk.

The Cycling Media Awards are a brand new celebration of excellence in cycling journalism, honouring magazines, websites, broadcasters, blogs and of course the journalists themselves. Those gonged will be presented with their awards at an October 16th event to be held at London’s Bloomsbury Ballroom.

150 of the UK’s top cycling media will be invited to attend for free, giving those in the room a chance to network with both specialist, as well as national print and online journalists.

Anyone with an interest in cycling can place a vote for any or all of the following categories:

Cycling Magazine of the Year
Cycling Website of the Year
Best Use of Photography
Specialist Writer – Print
Specialist Writer – Online
Cycling Coverage by a National Newspaper
Cycling Coverage by a Style Magazine
Cycling Coverage by a Health & Fitness Magazine
Cycling Coverage by a Mainstream Website
Broadcast Coverage
Cycling Podcast of the Year
Cycling Campaign of the Year

These awards are peer-to-peer voted – the finalists for each category are presented to a panel of over 100 judges from the cycling media. Note: judges can NOT vote for their own brands or colleagues.
