Design and Innovation Awards 2016 have bestowed cycle component brand Lezyne with three awards.
Lezyne’s Mini GPS cycling computer, Strip Drive tail light and Digital Over Drive floor pump all picked up prizes from the Awards, which are judged by 40 industry individuals from ten countries over two weeks of testing.
The Digital Over Drive has been branded "a workshop legend" by the judges. The pump was praised for offering enough volume for the latest plus and fat tyres with a powerful delivery that seats tubeless tyres effectively. The judges added: "The highlight is the ABS2 connector chuck, which makes connection to the valve a reliable and trouble-free process."
The Mini GPS was praised for its ultra-compact dimensions and super light weight so "you have the freedom to mount the Mini GPS anywhere you want. In combination with a long battery life and a display that clearly presents only the important information, it will be a trusty companion on your adventures."
Finally, the Strip Drive Pro is a unique aero and round seatpost-compatible design with integrated cable-free USB charging boost usability. They said: "The powerful daytime flash mode could be a potential lifesaver on the roads.”
In other Lezyne news, the brand has sponsored the Cylance Pro Cycling womens team.
