The ideal candidate would be meticulous and methodical in their approach to creating, organising, and uploading content to the online store. Making sure that every product that is to be uploaded to the site is accurate, correctly tagged and linked with our stock management system. You will be left to carry out this task under your own steam and will be required to work to a deadline set by the ETA of stock in our warehouse. All products must be created and ready to go by this time.
Familiarity with the Shopify commerce platform would be preferred but is not essential as training will be provided. Copywrite creation and a basic understanding of adobe photoshop and product photography skills would be required.
Using the product creation and web content as a base, you’ll then be required to promote and market the above product on our website via blog/feature pages, social media, print media, mailshots, and video. Therefore, you’ll also need experience using the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Premier Pro) or similar, as well as a high level of computer literacy and be familiar with Social Media scheduling & email marketing software such as LATER & Mailchimp.
Action photography and a good eye for bike culture/lifestyle photography would also be required, and basic HTML understanding would be preferred but not essential as training will be done.
