Job description

Apidura is looking for an analytically minded E-Commerce Manager to join its London (UK) or Annecy (FR) team. This position reports to the Head of Digital. The right candidate should expect to have relative autonomy in managing and developing Apidura’s direct-to-consumer channel. The role requires an experienced digital specialist seeking to take their existing knowledge and implement it within a new environment. Candidates must be comfortable in taking on a range of responsibilities and flexible in applying their skills to new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of apidura.com website, including merchandising, product management and working closely with the technical team to develop the platform.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and improving the performance of all Apidura digital platforms including establishing new analysis tools, procedures and policies.
  • Analysis and optimisation of customers’ digital journeys.
  • Management and implementation of both on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
  • Work closely with the Digital Director to devise and implement digital campaigns.
  • Help to manage the Customer Marketing Specialist in implementing a robust CRM plan.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience within direct-to-consumer or digital analytical roles.
  • Evidence of working within fast-paced, digital environments with favour given to experience spread across established and start-up businesses.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS systems and digital best-practice.
  • Experience implementing SEO strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of GA4 and reporting.
  • Experience within the Sporting Goods Industry or similar non-FMCG products would be favoured.

  • Be confident in making swift, data-informed decisions. 
  • Comfortable in working collaboratively with a variety of individuals with differing experience levels and specialities.
  • Happy to be autonomous in day-to-day work but be clear on identifying when to ask for support to help solve problems.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in approach in line with a start-up mentality.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the UK or France.
