Cycle Mechanic

Whyte Bikes are looking for an Cycle Mechanic to join our warranty, service and technical support team based at our HQ in Hastings, East Sussex.  

Reporting to the Technical Manager, Ideally the candidate would have a minimum of Cytech level 2 or similar equivalent qualification and previous workshop experience with e-bikes or Cytech eBike course is preferable. Additional eBike training could be provided.

Previous customer service and support experience alongside good problem solving skills would be essential. Ideally the candidate would be a good communicator, able to interface with both suppliers and customers in handling technical enquiries through all incoming channels. 

Current Driving licence an asset

Keen interest in cycling helpful
