Salary Range: £26-28k (Negotiable)

About you:

We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach to work but with a keen eye for quality and product excellence. Someone willing to learn new skills, venture outside of their comfort zone at times, and to step in to any area which needs support in the business.

You will have experience building bikes, Cytech qualified and Bosch experience preferred, and a knowledge of technical issue resolution as a must, but you should also have the drive to get involved with new areas of the business.

About the role:

The primary activity is bike technician, someone who will be responsible for building bikes and quality assurance ahead of customer deliveries. As a young business, there will be other areas where support is required, very likely in business operations looking at part procurement, stores management and logistics. We work with a number of specialists in the UK who at times require parts moving from site to site ahead of bike builds, the role will support these activities in the short term.

As the business expands there is opportunity for this role to grow into operations coordinator or very likely a management role in either of these areas, depending on your interest.

Primary responsibilities:

• Bike building
• Technical issue resolution
• Pre delivery inspection
• Quality control
• Prototype build/support

Example support activities (where required):

• Part procurement
• Part collection/delivery
• Stores management
