Kenneth Dalsgaard remains on board as chief executive

Investors buy Pronghorn name and design rights

Danish firm Pronghorn Bikes has been acquired by an unnamed group of private investors who come ‘with a massive interest and belief in the biking industry’, according to the firm’s site.

The webpage also states:

"Founder Mr. Kenneth Dalsgaard will continue as the chief executive of Pronghorn Racing. Kenneth is an essential part of the Pronghorn brand, design and technology, and we feel confident that he can lead the company to a well-deserved top position in the MTB industry."

The firm is most-known for its unique ‘anti power loss system’ (APLS) suspension platform, which places the rear shock on the top-tube. The result is a full suspension platform that climbs very much like a hardtail, without the need for shock lock out.
