Windwave has added a few tough workshop tools to its Ice Toolz catalogue, notably new crown race insert and headset press tools.
The product is, of course, available to sell to the public at a decent margin for the dealer.
However many of the tools are designed around constant tough workshop use, so wouldn’t go amiss on a mechanic’s tool bench.
At £149.95 retail price, Windwave now has stock of a new headset reaming and facing tool, which claims unparalleled ease of use. The tool will accurately align, clean and face the headtube and can service 30mm (for 1-inch) and 34mm (for 11/8-inch) headtubes.
Also in-stock is the brand’s headset and bottom bracket press fit tool, which sells for £89.95 at retail. This tool is compatible with sizes up to 1.5-inch.
