The BA’s Sunday night knee’s up is also on a roll.

"Anyone wanting to attend and not already booked for the Cabaret Dinner on the Sunday night should act quickly – there are very few places now available," said Jane Evans, the show organiser.

"Tickets are priced at £30 and include the meal and entertainment featuring comedian Mark Walker and direct from ‘Stars in Their Eyes’ Tina Turner and Diana Ross!"

And numbers are filling up on the BicycleBusiness pub-ride too. Hamish Stewart of Weldtite, and David Wilsher of Mission (and president of the ACT) pledged their support yesterday. They join Paul Stanforth and Roger Dear of Saracen, John Moore of Moore Large, and many other trade figures. Not many IBDs yet, mind.
