Show director Andy Tompkins steps aside. Interbike managing director Pat Hus takes full control of the US show.

Hus replaces Tompkins as Interbike boss

Interbike has announced show director Andy Tompkins will be leaving the company at the end of the month "to pursue other professional opportunities."

Tompkins has worked for 15 years for Interbike’s parent company, Nielsen. He has been Interbike’s show director for four years.

Interbike’s managing director Pat Hus will now be charged with leading the show team. In addition, Interbike – staged annually in Las Vegas – will be adding two supporting staff positions to its marketing and sales teams.

"We appreciate Andy’s contributions in navigating Interbike over the last four years and helping to position the show for success in the future," said Hus.

"We all wish Andy the very best in his future endeavours."

Tomkins said: “After a long and rewarding tenure with Nielsen, I’m excited to embark on my next challenge."
