Huez and Blaze both choose independent retail route to market

Both clothing label Huez Apparel and award-winning lighting label Blaze have this week announced that they will sell via independent retail.

Formerly partnered exclusively with Evans Cycles, Blaze has now opened its distribution up to independent cycle retailers

Blaze founder Emily Brooke last month won BikeBiz’s trade-voted rising star award at the inaugural Women in Cycling event.

Blaze recently closed a £1M investment round to support the continued growth of the company, which includes increasing their high street reach. The product is now manufactured alongside the likes of Apple owned Beats Electronics.

Meanwhile, Huez has told BikeBiz that it is now working with both cycle specific retailers and fashion stores to target the growing number of people looking for high quality cycling apparel. Along with cycle stores Deka and Ronde Bike, the brand has recently partnered with The Conran Shop and Present London who stock their collection. The label also revealed that they will be launching in leading fashion retailer Matches from autumn.

Trade sales for Huez are now available on 0203 754 4681.

To enquire about Blaze stock you can now contact Phil Ellis on distribution@blaze.cc or 07921175512.
