A statement from Global Electric said the company wants "a complete line of two-wheeled products with which we could immediately go to market."
Of the agreement with Geely, Holly Roseberry, president of Global Electric, said:
"This will give us an advantage in the marketplace of being able offer a superior product at a very competitive price, and maintain an excellent margin of profit. This, along with having access to an established distributor network in China, through Geely, should accelerate our opportunities to generate revenues."
