Future releases Cycling Plus: Ride Fit bookazine

Future Publishing has released a new bookazine – Cycling Plus: Ride Fit – aimed at encouraging riders to get back in the saddle and on the roads this winter.

The 188 page guide, priced at £7.99, features a collection of the best health, fitness and training tips from Cycling Plus, designed to be a complete rider’s manual and a great reference tool.

Articles range from training for a first sportive and the best gym workouts, to recipe ideas for riders and easy weight loss advice. There’s also a section on using cycling as a stress-buster.

“Cycling is set to be big news in 2012 so we wanted to devise a guide to help cyclists kick start their training," said Rob Spedding, Cycling Plus: Ride Fit editor.

“At Future we have such a wide breadth of expert content and this bookazine provides a go-to guide for cyclists everywhere. We’re continually encouraging cyclists be the best they can be and this new bookazine will certainly help riders on their way, providing yet another exciting way for consumers to engage with the Cycling Plus brand.”
