I-ride is to carry a limited stock of a new Fulcrum Wheel, of which only a few hundred will be available worldwide.
The wheel is Fulcrum’s Racing Zero ‘Comp’, a pro-level, upspecced verison of the Racing Zero and Racing one. Rolling on Cult Bearings, said to be some nine times smoother than standard steels, Fulcrum say this is by far the smoothest wheel they’ve made to date.
The weight predictably comes down, from 825 to 800 grams on the rear wheel, while stiffness is boosted thanks to the Mega Drive side hub flange – taking measure stiffness from 5,7kg/mm to 6,2kg/mm – or up eight per cent.
