New sports headphones from legendary rapper Dr Dre are being pitched as ideal for the cycle market.
The durable performance sports headphones – Powerbeats – come from the ‘Beats by Dr Dre’ brand. Earlier products from the label have been seen on the likes of Lance Armstrong, and Lady Ga Ga.
According to the blurb, Powerbeats headphones have a unique non-noise occluding headphone eartip, meaning listeners can enjoy their music but, crucially, while still being aware of peripheral sounds like emergency vehicles and oncoming traffic.
The design also incorporates an adjustable ear hook with flexible arm, designed to keep the headphone securely in place during vigorous activities.
