Raspberry gel set to be joined by new flavours soon

Distribution partner sought for QimmiQ energy gel jam

First introduced to BikeBiz at the NEC Cycle Show late last year, QimmiQ has taken the issue of packaging energy gels very seriously, introducing a ‘bend and squirt’ packaging that snaps back horizontal and self seals when not in use. Ultimately this means that there’s no need to be tearing of sachet heads with your teeth while cycling (see video below).

At present just a raspberry flavour is available, though the brand is working on further recipes. This solution is made up of fruit, vegetables, honey and contains no artificial colours or flavourings.

Each 12-gram serving delivers a 2:1 ratio of fast to slow acting sugars, feeding the body consistently for endurance activities.

QimmiQ is seeking a distribution partner for the UK market.
