Deda Elementi opens first service centre in the UK

Deda Elementi and Chicken CycleKit have opened the first Authorised Service Centre in the UK and Ireland.

The main aim of the new centre is to offer a more efficient and faster service for all Deda Elementi products sold in UK and Ireland, by guaranteeing the complete availability of spare parts and providing the adequate technical assistance.

Deda Elementi sales and marketing director Gianluca Cattaneo said: ”The long-term collaboration with Chicken CycleKit is further strengthened with the opening of an Authorized Service Centre.

“I’m sure that thanks to their professionalism and technical knowledge, Chicken CycleKit will guarantee the best service to UK & Ireland based customers. This is in line with our strategy to reinforce our brand awareness through end users and dealers by providing the fastest customer service.”

 The Service Centre will start operations from April 1st 2017.
