Dafydd Davis to receive MBE from Queen

Bikemagic reports that Davis will now need wider business cards because he’s now to be received into the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Davis persuaded Forest Enterprise to fund MTB trail building at Coed y Brenin, Nant y Arian, Afan Argoed and other Welsh forests.

The 7Stanes MTB trail networks in Scotland were inspired by Davis’ work in Wales.

The other surprise revealed by the MBE honours list was Davis’ middlename: it’s Caradog.
