Cycling Components to distribute Vivelo in UK

Cycling Components has told BikeBiz that it will carry Vivelo framesets, making them available to retail for the first time in the UK.

Started in 2007 by competitive cyclist Damyan Nikolov, Vivelo has since begun to enjoy success on the professional cicruit, with Danail Andonov Petrov finishing on the podium in 3rd place at the Tour of Turkey, riding for Caja Rural of Spain on a Team Edition Vivelo Arc RS. Vivelo now supplies bikes to four Continental Professional teams.

David Darby, owner of Cycling Components told BikeBiz: "We are looking forward to working with Vivelo and feel that their personalised frameset system will appeal to dealers and the end use alike. Vivelo Framesets are now listed on our website and these will soon be complimented by a range of outstanding custom bike builds and options. Dealer enquiries are also welcome."

The range topping Vivelo Arc RS has a retail price of £1795.00 and is available in a range of colours. What’s more, customers have the option of either a Gloss or Matte finish. Added to this, Vivelo offer a Personalised Frameset System whereby customers can select there own colour scheme and even have their own name applied to the frame.

Darby said of this custom program: "We hope to be able to add this feature to our own website, though for the time being, potential customers can have a play-around by visiting the Vivelo Personalised Frameset System. Soon to be released is the Arc ISP, similar frame but with integrated seatpost and this will retail for £2195.00."

The Erg ISP will retail for £1595.00 and the Erg RS will retail for £1395.00. Again, the Erg frames are available in a wide choice of colour schemes with Gloss or Matte finish.
