Cyclescheme, the best-known cycle to work provider, has teamed up with BikeBiz to celebrate the best independent bike retailers in the nation.
Offering great service, superb product knowledge and a wide range of product, the best bike retailers are key to the success of the bicycle industry and to the cycle world at large – often playing a role in enthusing local cycle communities.
We’re on the look out for IBDs with all of the above characteristics, ideally with great customer and community relations, and maybe even reaching out to non-cyclists to bring them into the cycling community.
Cyclescheme‘s head of commercial operations Daniel Gillborn said: “We’re very pleased to support BikeBiz and our partner stores by commending great service in this venture. We will continue to promote IBDs to our employers and believe high standards in customer service is what ensures growth in our industry."
IBDs can nominate themselves, suppliers and distributors can highlight a store, specialist press journalists can have their say, or even consumers can provide input for the selection. Nominated IBDs do not have to be partners with Cyclescheme to make the list.
