Cycling specialist Cycle Republic has launched its first fully transactional website serving the UK’s cycling market.
The site will complement the 12 existing shops which include sites in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and its flagship at Fenchurch Street, London.
The site offers the full range found in shops and an extended choice across core brands, including Basso, Haibike, Gocycle and the Boardman Performance & Elite range as well as Garmin, Mavic, Kask and Shimano. Visitors to cyclerepublic.co.uk can shop 7,000 product lines from their desktop, tablet and phone.
Cycle Republic managing director Peter Kimberley said; “We’ve enjoyed fantastic high street visibility with our 12 shops which occupy city locations in key cycling areas, but with the launch of our first fully transactional website we can reach cyclists across the country, bring them our premium range of bikes, parts, accessories and clothing to suit enthusiasts and city cyclists alike.”
“As the site continues to grow we will ensure a seamless experience to customers. Each bricks and mortar shop has a micro site within the site so users can interact with the team and read testimonials from their local community.”
Customers will receive free delivery with purchases over £10 and click and collect options, as well as launch offers of up to 20% off leading brands.
