Extra UK is to exclusively distribute Walz Caps to the cycle trade in the UK and EIRE.
Handmade in the US, Walz creates quality cycling caps made from functional, comfortable fabrics. Combing style with durability, they are designed to fit perfectly under a helmet and work well both on and off the bike.
The 2014/15 range is split into three categories, based on the material used; Cotton Blend, Moisture Wicking and Wool.
All Walz Caps are manufactured in their San Diego factory. Staff there include sewing operators with more than 25 years sewing experience. Every item is subjected to stringent quality checks before shipping and the firm prides itself of offering caps that fit perfectly on the head, offering two sizes: small/medium and medium/large.
The material used in the bill of all Walz Caps is made from a washable fabric stabiliser that prevents the bill from disintegrating like cardboard or cracking like plastic. As an added bonus, the material folds nicely without creasing so you can store your cap in a pocket when not needed.
