Crankbrothers has signed a distribution agreement with Extra UK to take over UK distribution of the brand from January 16th 2014.
Extra UK has partnered with the Selle Royal Group for many years and the synergies already in place will enable Crankbrothers to reach the next level of success within the UK market, Extra said, adding that it will focus on Crankbrothers freshly released wheels and cockpit categories, as well as core products pedals, tools and pumps.
Extra UK replaces 2pure who has distributed Crankbrothers for many years. The former distributor was praised for its contribution to the growth of the brand.
Extra UK’s sales director John Phillips said: “Crankbrothers is famous for the genuine innovations it has introduced to important product categories and for having its own, highly distinctive style.
