Online bike retailer up against heavy hitting retail names

Chain Reaction takes on John Lewis in Which? Awards

Chain Reaction Cycles has been nominated in the shortlist for the Which? Awards.

Nominated for the Best Online Retailer gong, the family-run cycle business from Northern Ireland will face John Lewis, Lizearle.com and Lakeland.co.uk.

All four have been shortlisted for outstanding performance in a Which? member survey, with consistent high rating across the board from products, pricing and customer service to delivery.

“Whatever you’re selling, great products and outstanding customer service are essential,” said Which chief exec Peter Vicary-Smith. “The Which? Awards aim to recognise the firms who still put their customers first, despite facing tough times themselves.

“The front runners for our three retail awards have very different backgrounds – from a family-run cycle business to high street giants and supermarkets – but they’ve all scored highly in our customer surveys in the last year. They are all worthy of a Which? Award, but there can only be one winner in each category, and I look forward to announcing who that is in June.”
