Budget brings little specific cheer for bike trade

However, twas not to be. Bummer. But at least Gordon Brown is to cut a lot of red tape for businesses in general and there’s a few positive VAT changes too.

And how jammy is Gordon? He planned for his (late) budget statement to be given to the House of Common’s on the day the war in Iraq looks to be over…
