Madison, UK importer of Blackburn, is to give out hundreds of free LEDs to London cyclists on the evening of 31st October.
A number of Blackburn representatives will be stationed at the junction of Queen Street and Cannon Street in the City of London from 17.30 on Monday 31st of October and will be giving out pairs of Blackburn Click LEDs.
Madison said the promotion was to mark the fact that "cycling has seen a massive resurgence in recent times…cycling has never been so popular."
Madison PR officer Stuart Clapp said: "When the clocks go back on Sunday 30th October all those who commute on their bikes will be praising the lighter mornings, however, it’s the darker evenings that can often catch out many commuters, particularly within the first few days, when many will be leaving their place of work in the dark.
"Making sure you can be seen is one of the most fundamental and important parts of cycle safety, so with this in mind Blackburn are hitting the streets of London, arming cyclists with a free set of Blackburn Click lights with an SRP of £19.99."
