EVO Distribution Limited, European distributor for Memory-Map digital maps, now owns the Bike-in-a-Bag name and stock. Earlier this year, Bike-in-a-Bag released a Uri Geller folding bike. EVO wants to expand Bike-in-a-Bag distribution worldwide.

Bike-in-a-Bag rights acquired by Memory-Map distributor

Bike-in-a-bag folding bikes were sourced from China by Alfred Murray Ltd. of Chilworthy, Somerset.

The range will continue to be sold via trade resellers and direct by phone and bike-in-a-bag.com, said Ray Badminton, MD of EVO Distribution Limited.

“Bike-in-a-Bag is an ideal brand to complement our other products in the outdoor, marine, aviation and recreational markets. We look forward to building the brand though our existing reseller and distribution channels as well as developing new channels worldwide."

As well as Memory-Map, EVO Distribution Limited, based in Reading, represents Maptech-Marine digital marine charts, OtterBox equipment cases, and Emtac, Royaltek and Fortuna GPS systems.
