Bicycle accessory manufacturer Bike-Eye has confirmed it will attend Cycle Show next week, exhibiting on stand G58 as well as selling to the public in the shop area on stand CSF8.
The firm’s down tube-mounted mirrors are now distributed in the UK through Fisher Outdoor Leisure and Reece Cycles, sparking a rise in sales, Bike-Eye said. Company founder Tony McGuinness has since invested in marketing and PR for his brand.
Unlike other bike mirror products Bike-Eye is mounted on the down tube, which offers unrestricted rear views without creating ‘handlebar furniture’, according to the firm.
High profile users include TV cycling commentator Phil Liggett, while racers, triathletes and commuters have been key markets for the product.
