New Facebook page allows consumers to leave their thoughts on gaps in the range and angles to develop product

BBB asks customers to join its feedback ‘ThinkTank’

BBB has today announced a consumer feedback ‘ThinkTank’ on Facebook, where it asks its end-users to suggest ideas for the product development team to consider.

By joining, the consumer is eligible to win prizes in exchange for feedback on which additions and improvements should be made to the range. A BBB ThinkTank member will also be able to chip in on the best prototype designs and come up with new product names.

With over 1,500 products already in the catalogue, divided over 50 categories, there’s not much left to cover, but if you have any thoughts, get involved in the design process here.
