Advanced Sports Distribution has become exclusive distributor for wheels from Singaporean manufacturer Soul Bikes.
Soul’s line-up includes a range of aluminium clincher with various rim depths, including the super light S2.0s (1,330g per pair) and a comprehensive range of carbon rimmed models. All of Soul’s wheel sets are hand-built around the Soul Prodigy V3 Hub Set. The rear hub features a six pawl engagement system and both front and rear hubs are built using sealed bearing units. The Prodigy V3 hub is built to Soul’s own design and on a tool owned by them.
All wheel models with the exception of one are built using standard J bend spokes, ensuring that lifelong service is easily managed and not restricted by unnecessary unique and expensive spares, Advanced Sports told BikeBiz.
The firm added: “Soul’s wheel sets represent fantastic value when compared to their competitors (the S2.0 has a RRP of £575.00 per pair) and with our support they offer the user a great alternative solution when it comes to looking for new wheels.”
